After hours Pharmacy services operate from Radius Pharmacy located at 36 Fitzherbert Avenue, Whanganui.
Radius Pharmacy's after hours service is available weekdays from 5.30pm to 8.30pm and weekends or public holidays 12.30pm to 8.30pm.

After Hours GP Service

Whanganui Accident Medical is co-located with the Emergency Department at Whanganui Hospital. They are open from 8.00am-9.00pm, no appointment is necessary.

After Hours Dental Service

All dental emergencies after hours should present to our emergency department who will assess the patient and determine what needs to happen next. Our emergency department is at Whanganui Hospital on Heads Road.

Wherever possible your own dentist should be contacted in the first instance. Toothache does not constitute an emergency.
