Rangitikei Health Centre
Located in Marton, the health centre serves as a base for Community Mental Health Services, a Maori Health Worker, a Well Child and rural adolescent nurse, district nursing, social worker, midwifery (including a birthing unit), psychiatry, psychologist, private physiotherapy, outpatient specialist clinics and visiting nurse specialist clinics and dietitians.

Taihape Rural Health Centre
Based in Taihape, the health Centre houses a 15-bed inpatient unit as well as offering a comprehensive range of community services.

The community based services include district nursing, midwifery, social workers, a Well Child nursing service, visiting specialist clinics and dietitian clinics. X-ray services are also available from the service.
