Corporate Services provide corporate infrastructure and information systems to support both the planning and funding and provider divisions. The support includes:
- Financial management services, including payroll and asset management
- Information technology and information management
- Legal and commercial risk and quality systems, infection control
- Facilities management, outsourced services, fleet management
- Purchasing, Supply and Distribution.
Maintenance of existing capability is a core function of Corporate Services. Responsibility for upkeep of existing facilities, information systems and technology rests with Corporate Services, as does continued financial capability through forward financial planning, and support for existing quality and risk management. |
