Manukau Health Park includes Manukau SuperClinic, which provides outpatient appointments, and Manukau Surgery Centre, which offers day surgery services and elective and acute arranged surgeries for patients who don't require intensive care or interventional radiology.
There is no emergency or primary care (family doctor) services available on-site.
If you cannot wait to see your usual doctor, nurse or healthcare provider, or you do not have one, go to an after hours or urgent care medical centre. They can help you with things like bad cuts, sprains or breaks, minor head injuries, or if you are feeling really sick. You do not need an appointment but might have to wait.

The Call Centre handles incoming calls related to outpatient services. It is open from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Daily bus services operate regularly throughout the day. The bus stop is located on the Great South Road. For more information is available from Auckland Transport.

Shuttle services are available to take patients to and from some areas to appointments at Middlemore Hospital. You need to be able to enter and exit the bus independently.

The shuttle is useful if you park at Manukau Health Park and have an outpatient appointment at Middlemore Hospital or if you take the train to Middlemore Hospital and have an appointment at Manukau Health Park.
You may need to show a copy of your appointment letter to the driver.
Hato Hone St John operates the Waka Ora health shuttle service (Monday to Friday) in some areas of the south and east of Auckland.
The service is free (koha or donations are welcome) and run by reliable, trained drivers. They can pick you up, take you to your appointment and home again. For more information:

Free parking is available for patients visiting the Manukau Health Park, with all patient parking clearly signposted around the clinic.
Accessible parking spaces are located near most entrances. Please ensure you display an authorised disabled parking pass at all times.
Patients can be dropped off or picked up from outside the main entrance. Please consider others and remove cars as soon as possible.
A taxi stand is available alongside the main entrance of the Manukau SuperClinic.
Manukau Surgery Centre visiting hours are between 11am and 8pm — we support a maximum of 3 visitors at a time for any patient during these hours.
One visitor can visit overnight (8am to 6pm) if this is prearranged with the ward charge nurse or midwife manager.
Tamariki and rangatahi under 15 should not generally visit healthcare facilities. Visitors under 15 years must be agreed in advance with the ward charge nurse or midwife manager. They must be supervised at all times.
Some hospital services have have different visitor guidelines. Check with your whānau member’s care team (ward charge nurse or midwife manager) before you visit.

The volunteer group at Manukau SuperClinic and Surgery Centre has been operational for 16 years and is an integral part of our team, working in various areas.
Radio Lollipop is an independent international not-for-profit organisation that works with children in the waiting areas of paediatric emergency care and the Manukau SuperClinic. They also hold evening sessions on the wards at Kidz First Children's Hospital, providing craft and board game activities.
Volunteers visit children in the wards with games and activities and occasionally organise theme evenings and special guests.

ITS, affiliated with Counties Manukau Health, provides interpreting and translation services to various government and private agencies 24/7. Interpreting is free within Counties Manukau and for Primary Healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication between patients and healthcare providers to avoid misdiagnosis and inappropriate treatment.
The service employs over 230 interpreters fluent in more than 90 languages and dialects, specializing in medical, court, police, and government agency interpreting. Services are offered on-site, via telephone, or video conferencing, covering Asian, African, European, Middle Eastern, and Pacific Island languages.

Counties Manukau Health is dedicated to promoting good health and enforces a Smokefree Policy at all locations. This policy ensures that all indoor and outdoor areas are smoke-free and applies to all patients, visitors, and staff (including contracted workers).
