Northland youth health service offers free, confidential, non-judgemental healthcare for all 12 to 24 year olds throughout the region.

About the Northland youth health service
The service is a ‘one stop shop’ for young people and offers assessments, advice, tests and treatment for a variety of issues such as:
- General health and wellbeing
- Specific concerns such as sore throats and skin conditions
- Mental health support
- Drug and alcohol issues
- Quitting smoking
- Sexual health including contraception, as well as screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STI).
School-based clinics are held at high schools, colleges, area schools, kura kaupapa and alternative education sites throughout the region.

Kerikeri: Wednesdays 1pm to 4pm in the van 'Ngā Tātai Ihorangi'.

Established in 2019, Northland Youth Health Services is designed to reduce barriers to healthcare and increase engagement by young people. Led by youth health specialty clinical nurses, clinics offer an inclusive, respectful and safe environment where young people can ask about anything.
