Senior Medical Officer application process

Whanganui District Health Board's (WDHB) RMO and SMO (resident, medical and senior medical and dental officers) recruitment processes differ from each other. Each is reflective of the stage of an individual’s career.

  • Covering letter
  • CV with passport size photograph
  • Three reference reports (one from your current supervisor for SHO applications. For HOs applications, references can be from observations done) - Referee report form
  • Completed WDHB application form,
  • Snapshot of EPIC account (created for International Medical Graduates)
