    Te noho hauora

    To keep your body working well, you need to look after it. Do things that are good for your body – like eating nutritious foods, exercising, brushing your teeth and getting enough sleep.

    Brain health for adults

    Looking after your brain is important, whatever your age. Your lifestyle — how you eat, move, sleep and connect with others — can shape how sharp your mind stays as you get older.

    Cancer screening

    Cancer screening looks for signs of cancer in people who do not have symptoms. It helps spot cancers at an early stage. Regular screening increases your chance of detecting cancer early.
