Alcohol and other drug use is really common. Free support and treatment options are available if you are concerned about your own or someone else’s alcohol or drug use.
Community alcohol and drug services (CADS) provides services from Wellsford in the North, to Bombay in the South, and Helensville in the West. Select a location to find out what services are available there.
Our youth-orientated service provides information, support and counselling for rangatahi aged 13 to 20 and their whānau.

CADS Counselling services runs out of 5 main sites and various satellite sites in the Auckland region. The 5 main sites are CADS:
CADS Medically managed withdrawal services are for people who have a physical dependence on alcohol and other drugs, such as methamphetamines, benzos, opiates, and who require medical support to withdraw from or reduce their use or to stabilise on medications.

Each client has their own lockable bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a shared dining space, client lounge and group room, and a separate TV room. Private spaces are available where clients can meet their visitors.
